Katherine Smith - Melbourne Football Club
Head Coach & Co-founder

Katherine aims to provide young female footballers with an in-depth understanding of AFL as well as an elite development of skills to enhance the athlete’s performance. Katherine is currently playing for the Melbourne Football Club in the Women’s AFL as well as the Eastern Devils in the Women’s VFL. Previously Katherine has represented Victoria 4 times at both an under 18 and under 16 level, captaining both teams in her final year. She has won a total of 6 national championships and been selected in the 3 All Australian teams. Off the field, Katherine has been a head coach of a premiership winning under 15 girls side and has coached at a representative level, leading her to win Female Coach of the year in 2015 at the age of 17.

Brittany Bonnici - Collingwood Football Club

Brittany is a former Vic Metro Captain before being drafted to Collingwood FC in 2016. She is moving into her 13th year playing football after moving through the ranks of boys, youth girls, and women’s football. With a wide range of experience, Brittany is able to pass on her knowledge of working as a midfielder with a mindset that hard work allows for greater opportunities than natural talent. Brittany can be spotted on the field wearing her protective helmet, wearing number 8 in the upcoming AFLW season.

Sarah Lampard - Melbourne Football Club

Sarah is all about excitement and energy when it comes to coaching, she aims to create a fun environment allowing everyone to reach their potential. Sarah is currently playing at Melbourne Football Club in the Women’s AFL and VU Western Spurs. Previously Sarah has played in the Victoria Women’s AFL Academy and at a high level of basketball. She understands what elite behaviours look like and what it takes to get there. Apart from her success on the field, Sarah works for AFL Victoria as game development officer which gives her great experience when it comes to communicating with younger athletes.

Pepa Randall - Greater Western Sydney Football Club

Pepa is a player for Greater Western Sydney Football Club. Previously Pepa has previously played for Melbourne Football Club in the Inaugural ALFW competition and has represented the Western Bulldogs in the Exhibition Series. With a background in Athletics coaching Pepa aims to teach players individual skills based on strength and power. She is also a current VAFA Senior Women's Coach and has experience in coaching simple and complex skills as well as game styles in order to develop players and teams. Pepa brings fanatics enthusiasm and energy to her coaching, bringing out the best in who she coaches
